All properties are fully marketed to the largest multiple listing services in the country, CRMLS as well as Public Websites such as Zillow, Trulia, Redfin.com, Realtor.com, etc.  In addition, we hire a professional sign installation company to install professional signage in front of your property and we also provide full color property flyers to ensure maximum property exposure to brokers and the public. We provide all of this for 1.5% Listing Agent Commission.
